Watch a parrot wearing goggles fly through a laser sheet

A tiny goggle-wearing parrot named after Obi-Wan Kenobi is helping scientists to study vortex patterns in a laser sheet to better understand the dynamics of flight. The Jedi parrot was able to reveal new dynamics of vortex patterns and the relationship to lift. With the help of Obi, engineers may be able to design better flying devices.
